Thanks to a generous financial support of Lech Wałęsa's friends, the Institute paid its historical debt by the end of the last year. Effective actions of the new Board and large contributions of private Donors enabled the Institute to gather almost 720 thousand PLN and pay off its obligations. Collected funding is crucial for the realisation of further projects and campaigns.

Due to wrong decisions of the previous Board and unsuccessful investment, the financial situation of the Lech Wałęsa Institute became difficult. The new Board, led by Mr. Adam Domiński, succeeded in providing necessary funds to pay large debts and restore liquidity.  

These funds were collected thanks to a generous financial contributions of Donors coming mainly from private sector. Friends of Lech Wałęsa helped the Institute so that we were able to pay off our debt – said Adam Domiński in a press interview.
