The Lech Wałęsa Institute, the city of Podkowa Leśna, and the Civil Development Forum are pleased to invite you to attend the meeting with Lech Wałęsa, professor Leszek Balcerowicz, and Katarzyna Kolenda-Zaleska. Passages of the book “Lech, Leszek. To win freedom” will be read by famous actors – Janusz Gajos and Jerzy Radziwiłłowicz.

The meeting will take place on September 15 next to the Pałacyk Kasyno building in Podkowa Leśna (Lilpopa 18 Street) at 4 PM. The entry will be free – in case of a bad weather the event will be held at the CKiIO building on Świerkowa 1 Street.

What is freedom for two architects of Polish democracy? How did their actions and decisions lead to democratic changes in Poland? And is freedom given once and for all? These and other important questions are answered by the book “Lech, Leszek. To win freedom”.
